By accessing or using AX.IS, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully before subscribing.
The Service
AX.IS is an AI Business Intelligence platform operated by VARKOS GROUP LLC (Wyoming, USA), distributed by VARKOS VIP LTD (London, UK). It provides access to 16 AI specialists across four modules: Compliance, E-Commerce, Education, and Enterprise Intelligence.
Access & Subscription
- Access requires a valid subscription and an active DIV- access code
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Launch prices are locked for 2 years from subscription date
- A 7-day free trial is offered. A payment method is required to activate the trial
- You may cancel anytime before the trial ends without charge
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AX.IS only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Share your access code or credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use AX.IS to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the system
- Use the service to violate third-party rights or applicable law
- Resell access without an explicit Partner Agreement
Agency & White Label
Agency plan subscribers may generate DIV- codes for their clients under the terms of the AX.IS Partner Agreement. White label usage requires a signed agreement with VARKOS VIP LTD. Contact partner@vixaxis.com.
AI Output Disclaimer
AX.IS AI agents provide intelligence and analysis to support your decisions. Outputs are not legal advice, financial advice, or professional certification. Always validate AI outputs with qualified professionals before acting on them in regulated domains.
VARKOS GROUP LLC is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI agent outputs.
Intellectual Property
All AX.IS technology, brand, agent prompts, and infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of VARKOS GROUP LLC. Your input data and outputs remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process your queries to deliver the service.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. and are non-refundable after the trial period
- Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days via support@vixaxis.com
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance for existing subscribers
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VARKOS GROUP LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of AX.IS shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. For EU/UK users, mandatory consumer protection rights under EU/UK law are not affected. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming or as required by applicable local law.
